Adult Water Exercise Summer 2026

Stay active while connecting with others at the Mehlville School District pool! 

Adult water fitness classes offer a variety of engaging, low-impact workouts in the Mehlville School District Pool. The exercise you'll get is almost as invigorating as the positive community experience!  

New this winter and spring:

Adult Power Swim | Monday & Wednesday evenings, 7-7:55 p.m. 

Level up your lap routine this winter with three dedicated lanes for our new self-guided, Adult Power Swim. Pay at the pool or pay online, $5 per session. Individual classes and multi session packs are available!

Adult Water Exercise

Participants will choose one, two or three classes per week. Choices include Swimnastics, Deep Water Exercise, Water Dance and Aqua Jogging. Classes are typically held on the following evenings:  

Mondays: Swimnastics 

Low-stress water aerobics in the shallow end of the Mehlville pool

Tuesday: Water Dance
Get in the groove! Dance, splash and workout in the Mehlville pool!

Wednesdays: Swimnastics & Deep Water Fitness

A moderate water workout in the deep end of the Mehlville pool or Low-stress water aerobics in the shallow end of the Mehlville pool

Thursday: Aqua Jogging or Participants' Choice
Aqua jogging mimics the motion of jogging with less impact on your body

The class activities may vary from time-to-time depending on the number of participants and teacher availability. An active and refreshing experience can be expected every class session! Please note, the MSDR9 employee discount cannot be combined with the 60+ discount. A max 10% discount per eligible registration is allowed.
